Order delivered to wrong address with someone else's tracking
When it said delivered, it went to a completely different address. I tried to get more info and that's when I saw the tracking details were for someone else's package. I have the proof of delivery and my receipts. I can't get a straight answer from them. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (360) 241-9014. They're supposedly in Vancouver, WA.
I just want my money back or the stuff I ordered. This doesn't make sense.
Ordered a cat water fountain but it went to Miami not Orlando
Emailed the contact from their website, no reply. Sent a bunch of messages through their contact us page too, still nothing. Complete waste of time and money. They are scammers.
