Advertised a cat litter box on Facebook then disappeared

I saw an ad on Facebook for a cat litter box and bought it. It was through their website buyautokitty.com. I spent $55.

About 4 weeks later they sent me a fake delivery email. It looked like it was shipped but nothing ever showed up. Then a week after that they changed their name and I cant find them anywhere now. Their email was [email protected] but nobody answers.

Bought a cat box on Facebook ad that never came

I saw an ad on Facebook for an auto cleaning cat box, buy one get one free. So I ordered one. It never showed up. On the tracking it says delivered but the FedEx picture is not my front porch. Not even my city. And not the item I ordered.

I’ve emailed them a bunch of times at [email protected] asking for a refund. No response at all. I can’t find a phone number or an address or anything about this company. I lost $31.69 on this.
