Ordered dementia supplement after AI ad with Bill Gates

I ordered a bottle of Memopezil for my husband who has early onset dementia. They used AI to make it look like Bill Gates was endorsing it. One bottle showed up and then my credit card got charged $177.47.

When I called to return it they said I had to send back both bottles. But I only got one. Then they asked for my zip code and phone number and said they couldn't find either in their system so no refund. Just be careful with this company.

Fake Bill Gates video tricked me into buying supplements that are not special

I saw this video online with Bill Gates talking about some Nobel prize winning doctor and memory pills. It looked real but it was all fake. The whole thing was a scam.

It was billed through BuyGoods at 302-455-7162. They charged me $610.56 total for three separate shipments. They say they have a 60 day money back guarantee so I tried to cancel the order but they shipped it anyway. I told my credit card company about it but I have not heard back from them yet.

Now I am shipping the stuff back to them. BuyGoods says an outside vendor made that fake video and they pulled it down and they are not responsible. But the billing still went through. What they sell is just regular supplements you can buy anywhere. There is no Nobel prize medicine. Caveat emptor I guess.

Fake Bill Gates video on Facebook pushing CogniHoney for memory

I saw this video on Facebook, it was an AI generated video of Bill Gates talking about some product called CogniHoney for memory issues. It looked real at first but something felt off. I clicked on it and ended up ordering something.

They charged my debit card through a company called BuyGoods. I don't even know what I bought really. No phone number or email on anything. Just the charge showed up. The address they had was in Utah. I didn't lose any money yet but they got my card info. This whole thing was a phishing scam.

Jellytide weight loss gummies melted into a blob and did nothing

I ordered this weight loss stuff called Jellytide from a website. The ad had an AI voice and picture of Jillian Michaels saying there was a 60 day no questions asked guarantee so I went for it. The gummies showed up and they were already melted into one big sticky glob just sitting on my counter and my house is only 72 degrees.

I spent $835 on this. The product did not work at all. I tried to contact them through the email [email protected] and also called the number on the package at (302) 200-3480 but nobody picks up or answers back. The address they gave is 1201 N. Orange Street suite # 7223 in Wilmington DE but I don't know if that's even real. The website was you tube which made no sense for ordering something. I feel like I got tricked with that fake celebrity endorsement.

Ordered six bottles and got sent eighteen plus stuff I didn't ask for

I ordered 6 bottles of MemoPezil for my memory problems. It was supposed to be $114. But when the package showed up there was 18 bottles of MemoPezil and 6 bottles of something called Flora Zen that I never ordered.

Now I can't find a real person to talk to. I called the number on the box (866) 637-2482 and nobody answers. I tried emailing [email protected] and got nothing back. The address on the package says 11870 62ND ST, St Largo, FL but that doesn't help me. They took $636 out of my account and I just want my money back for the stuff I didn't ask for.

AI ad for fake nutritionist product charged me three times

I saw this ad that used AI to fake some well-known nutritionist pushing a product. So I bought a sample. Then I found out it was all fake.

I tried to cancel my order like within minutes of placing it. But instead of canceling, they charged me for more orders. I cancelled those too but still got charged for three orders total, way more than the listed price.

I cancelled by text first since that was how they contacted me, then by email after they sent an invoice. They told me to cancel on their website but the only option there is a return for partial refund—and I haven’t even gotten the product to send back. I sent more emails asking to cancel and get my money back. Lost $690.

Facebook ad with Bill Gates turned out to be a health scam

I was on Facebook and saw this ad with Bill Gates selling some product. Looked legit so I ordered it. After I ordered I looked into it more and realized it was some AI scam thing.

The product came but it was really poor quality. And since it's a health thing I'm not taking it, it feels dangerous. I tried to return it but they just kept asking for more personal info like my credit card number and address again. I didn't want to give them anything else. Total scam.

I couldn't find an email for them anywhere and the phone number they gave, 1(302) 455-7162, nobody answers. I lost about 318 dollars.
