Long video about honey cure and a quick phone call after card got blocked

I saw this really long video about a product made of honey. It looked like Bill Gates himself was selling it. They said it cures dementia. It seemed real so I tried to buy it but my American Express card got rejected.

I called Amex and the person there told me to contact you guys. They said this company called BuyGoodsMe markets stuff for a bunch of different products so they weren't sure if it was a scam or not. If you can tell me this is a real product and company I would like to finish the order.

Also when Amex contacted me to warn me about a possible scam I almost immediately got a phone call from someone saying it was all legit. It felt strange that the seller called me that fast.
