Ordered something and they threatened me for a week over insurance fee

I ordered something from that website buymushroomsonlineusa.com. They wrote on the package "discreet do not open" so right away they wanted to know why it said that. Then they started threatening me.

They said if I didn't pay a 155 dollar insurance fee that the local authorities would take over. They kept saying I would get the 155 back in cash when I got my item. But they just kept threatening me for a whole week. I lost 210 dollars total. Their email is [email protected] and their address says Schenectady NY. Phone number is 1(612) 422-0771.
