Website took money from my card twice for nothing

I ordered something from that website buypurrify.com and they just kept taking money from my card. It happened two times. First on May 7 2026 for $41.79 and then again June 4 2026 for $42.51. I never got what I ordered. Their email is [email protected] and the site says contact info is under policies. I lost $29.99 total I think but these extra charges came out too. I don't know what they are for. Nobody answers when I try to reach them.

Ordered twice from buypurrify.com and never got either package

I ordered a product from this company and never got it from FedEx. I thought maybe they just mixed my order up with someone else so I ordered it a second time thinking I would get a refund for the first one. I tried calling them and emailing but their voicemail is full so no one picks up. That second item also went to a different address not mine.

I talked to FedEx a few times trying to get them to send it to my address but they said they can't change the address only the sender can do that. I was still getting updates on both deliveries until they were delivered but not to me. Then they used my debit card a third time for $29.99 and I didn't order anything or approve that charge.

I already disabled my card and got a new one. I do not know how they got on a Facebook game advertising. I have ordered from other companies before with no problems. This is my first time getting scammed and I will not order through online ads again. I will stick with Amazon.
