Ordered slides and now their email bounces back

I ordered some slides from buyslyde.com before April 2nd, 2026. I waited and waited and they never showed up. So on June 21st I sent an email to [email protected] asking what was going on with the delivery.

The email just bounced back as undeliverable. That’s it. No way to contact them. I lost $14.99 on this. Their website is still up though. I don’t know what else to do.

Ordered shoes in March, website gone by June

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Buyslyde.com back in March. They looked great in the pictures and the price was good so I went for it. That was about $45 total.

It is now June and I still don't have anything. I reached out to their support a bunch of times and all I got was the same copy-paste message about some carrier issue. Now the website doesn't even exist anymore. Emails I send just bounce back as undeliverable.

Ordered shoes and got charged an extra forty dollars

I bought some shoes from Buyslyde.com. They took my money for the shoes and then they also charged another $40 to my account as a separate debit. I don't know why they did that.

It was an online purchase. The shoes themselves cost me about $69.95 I think. But then this extra forty bucks came out. I didn't authorize that. The company is supposedly in Texas but I can't get ahold of anyone.

So now I'm out the money for the shoes and this extra charge on top of it. It just doesn't make sense to charge someone more after they already paid.

Bought shoes from Facebook ad and site never sent them

Saw an ad on Facebook for shoes. Left the Facebook app and went to the website through a web browser. Purchased the shoes from the internet browser. Charged me 15 bucks. Never got anything. No tracking number or email or anything. Tried to contact them but no reply. The address they got is 405 N Ervay St in Dallas Texas. Just feels like I threw my money away.

Ordered shoes, never got them, got charged twice

I placed an online order for 3 pair of shoes on 4/3/26. No product received. Was charged $44.97 for those items on 4/3/26. Then a second charge was taken of $39.99 on 4/10/26. On 4/20 I sent email to support inquiring about my missing order and the second charge. I got a response that was time-stamped 8hrs before I sent it. This reply said “I’m sorry for your concern please provide the order number and we will investigate” I provided the order number in my original email. I responded twice to that email and both times it was rejected as “undeliverable”. So I just lost the money and got nothing.

Ordered sandals for $12.99 and got nothing back

I saw this website buyslyde.com and they had sandals for $12.99 so I thought that was a good deal. I ordered them and the money came out of my account for 16 dollars. That was it. I never got any package or tracking or anything. I tried the email [email protected] but nobody answered. The phone number they had is (214) 919-9313 but it just rings. The site just took my money. It didn't feel right after I paid. I don't know what else to do.

Ordered shoes from Buyslyde.com and never got them, lost $78

I clicked on what looked like a legit site that was linked on Facebook. They even had a Shopify link and a shop page. So I ordered the shoes from Buyslyde.com.

Now I'm out $78. I never got the shoes or any tracking info. I should have looked further into the identity of the company and realized it was a scam.
