Won 400 auction items and they canceled half and kept charging me

I won 400 items from Buywander, they are a local auction website in Spokane. Their system wouldn't let me pick up all my items so I was working with them on it. They told me they were working on the issue and I was waiting to hear back.

I didn't hear back and they took my items plus an extra $2 per item. They assured me my other half of items would be good for pickup. So I drove 2 hours to get there, waited another 2 hours, and then found out they canceled my other half (200 items) and took another $2 per item.

When I asked for a refund they said no, I would have to contact corporate. Corporate didn't help me or refund me either. So they are taking people's money, refusing to refund, charging them again, and marking in their system that they refunded you but they didn't.
