Ordered a HOOMA cloud sofa and it never showed up

I bought the HOOMA cloud sofa from their website byhooma.com. They said it would be delivered in a few days. Weeks went by and I checked my order number but they never gave me a tracking number.

Then it said the package was attempted to be delivered 3 times. Then the truck broke down. Then the depot had issues. Then it said delivered but it never was. I lost 60 dollars.

I emailed them at help@thesupportcare but no reply.
