Paid $1300 for aligners and never got my final retainer

I ordered aligners from Byte.com back in 2023. For the last three years I've been paying for the treatment through Westlake Portfolio, it's on my credit. I kept working with them and talking about my treatment.

I reached out multiple times in 2025 asking for my final retainer. I sent pictures but then they kept asking for more pictures of my teeth. It got to be too much and I asked them to just send me my retainer already, it's been almost three years.

I emailed again on April 1st, 2026. I got an email back saying Byte has concluded operations. I paid $1300 for my treatment and nobody ever told me they were shutting down. I never finished treatment and I never got my retainers.
