Phone call saying I owe Capital One debt with no real proof

I got a call telling me to call 1(877) 457-3441. So I did. The person said they were from C&A Law Group and they represent Capital One. They said I owe $2132.22.

I was stupid and I listened to them. I signed some online agreement and gave them my debit card number for a payment plan. I felt weird about it after.

I canceled my debit card already. Just want to report this as a scam.

Phone call saying I’m being served papers with a company I can’t find

I got a call from a number in California. The person said they were trying to serve me papers and there were already 2 failed attempts. But no one has ever tried to deliver anything to me.

Then they said they are located in Porter County Indiana. They gave me the company name C&A Law Group and a phone number 877-371-6797. I tried to look up this company or that number and I cannot find anything. It just doesn’t seem right.
