Ordered something online, site disappeared, and no delivery.

I ordered something from a site. I paid $37 for it. Now the whole website is just gone, it's down. I never got what I ordered, no delivery at all. The address I have for them is just CA, USA. That's it. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.

Bought clothes online, never got them, can't reach anyone

I bought a clothing packet from this company because the price was unusually low. I got an email with a confirmation number and a tracking number and a receipt. I made the purchase on January 1st. My estimated delivery date was January 16th.

I followed the tracking number and on the 31st it still said my package was in transit. Then it said my package was delivered. It's now February 3rd and I still don't have any of my packages. I haven't gotten my money back either. I can't get in touch with anyone from the company.
