YouTube ad for a grass cutter turned into a mess with multiple charges

I saw this ad on YouTube for a grass cutting attachment for my trimmer. It looked like a great tool so I went to their site cablelinker.com to order it. The product was called Qinux VultrioX. When I tried to pay with my Barclays Visa they charged me three times right away. Barclays flagged it and declined it and sent me a text asking if I made those purchases. I told them no.

Since the card didn't work I used my bank account debit instead for $136.00. The charge showed up as Qinux VultrioX. After that Cablelinker sent me like 17 emails about the order. Emails about the purchase, then shipping updates, then one saying "order shipped". Then the last one said "Request Received - Re: Order not delivered". I never got anything. The whole thing is a scam. Their address is in Hong Kong. Don't buy from them.
