Bought an excavator online and never got it after delivery truck broke down

I saw an excavator online and decided to buy it from Cache Equipment. Their website is cacheequipment.net and their info is [email protected]. They are at 4098 N 200 W, Hyde Park, UT 84318. Phone number is (435) 494-1020.

I paid $25,200 for it. They told me the delivery truck broke down and then there was an accident. The machine never showed up. They said I could get a refund by bank check. They gave me a USPS tracking number but I never got any mail. Nothing ever came.

So I’m out all that money and no excavator. No idea what to do now.
