Letter about my solar lease with no real company name

Got this letter in the mail about my solar panel lease. It came from 3053 Freeport Blvd box 266 in Sacramento. They put an email address on it [email protected] but no real business name or anything.

The letter was trying to get me to call or respond about my lease. It felt off right away. I didn't send them any money or give them any info. Just seemed like someone fishing for details. No idea how they got my address.
