Movers showed up late and I got charged extra because my card was on file

They get your car’s information first and then overcharge on the job. They give the mover one time and give the customer a different time. So they already know the job is gonna take longer but they don’t tell you that. But they already have your card on file so they can just charge you.

The worker doesn’t get paid or gets paid almost nothing for the job. If someone complains they just hold the payment for weeks. That’s not fair when they lied to get the crew out there. Then another crew shows up and leaves and the new crew doesn’t get paid either. And the customer ends up overcharged for the wait cause the card is on file.
