Letter saying my LLC owes money for a certificate with a fake deadline

I got this letter in the mail at my LLC’s registered address. It says I need to pay $97.25 to get a California Certificate of Status. It looks really official, like it came from the California Division of Business Administration.

The deadline was only two days from when I got it. I almost paid it but something felt off so I checked online. That’s when I saw it’s not a real government thing. The letter has a phone number (844) 607-4242 and a website www.cadivision.org and an address at 5960 S Land Park Drive in Sacramento. But none of it is legit.

I didn’t lose any money but I bet a lot of people would just pay it because it looks so real. Just wanted to report it.
