Ordered something and never got it, carrier name sounds fake

I bought something from a site and never got it. They took my money and gave me an order number, but when I checked the tracking all it says is the carrier is waiting to update info. The carrier is called Cainiano, some global express thing I never heard of. This whole thing feels like a setup and a scam. I’m out 99 bucks and nothing shows up.
