Ordered boots, got the wrong item and they want me to pay to ship back to China

I ordered a pair of boots from Caliboot.com. What they sent me was the wrong boots. The quality is really poor, too. I had no idea this thing was even coming from China.

They said they'd give a refund, but only if I pay to ship it back to China. I refused. I'm not paying to return something I never even got the right version of in the first place. I'm out the $84.
