Paid for driving lessons but no instructor showed up and no certificate

I found this driving school online at californiadrivinginstructors.com and paid $450 for lessons. I tried calling the number listed, (800) 593-1706, but nobody ever answers or calls back.

The instructor didn't even show up for the scheduled lesson time. After I finally did complete the lessons, they couldn't provide the completion certificate. That's the whole point, you need that to get your license.

I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. The website and phone number are just there, but there's no actual service.
