Got a scary call about a debt I don't owe, threatening a process server.

I got a call from someone saying they were from the California State Processing Unit. The person on the phone told me that a company called Benson and Kane was going to serve me papers soon. They said a process server would come to my house or even my job.

They told me the only way to stop it was to call them back and get a stop order and make a payment. This felt really off because I don't have any debt with them. The call came from (408) 359-6508 and they said they were based in San Francisco, CA. I never gave them any money, but the call was really aggressive and scared me.
