Ordered two items from Walmart seller, never got them and no refund

I bought two Labubus from a seller called Calipokehouse on Walmart.com back on November 21st, 2025. The money came out, it was over $63. But the items never showed up.

It's been five months now. I contacted Walmart.com about it, and they told me the order isn't eligible for a refund. That doesn't make any sense to me. We never received the items at all.

The seller's information listed an address in Pasadena, California, and a phone number, but that doesn't help. I just never got what I paid for.
