Ordered from a site that took my money and then disappeared

I got an email from [email protected] and I thought I was ordering from the Comfrt brand. I paid $28 for the items. They sent me tracking and I was following it, but then it said the package was delivered and it never was. They said they were going to resend my package, and again it never got delivered. Then they told me they would give me a refund. After that, they just took down the whole site so I couldn't even see my order anymore. Nothing ever came and I never got my money back.
