Ordered a pillow from their website and nothing came

I ordered from this website and never got the Calixe Pillow. They made a fake shipping label but it hasn't actually shipped. I paid $119 for it.

I tried calling the number on their website at (406) 345-5668 but nobody ever answers. I also emailed them at [email protected] and got no reply. Their address is 1001 S Main Street STE 600 in Kalispell, Montana but I don't know if that's even real. The website is https://www.callixe-official.com/.

So I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
