Ordered something that says delivered but never showed up

I ordered a product online from this company on June 6th. It shows it was delivered on July 8th but it never came. I paid for shipping insurance too.

When I tried to file a claim they wanted me to put in my credit card info just to talk to someone. That felt strange. I cannot get anyone to talk to me through the website either. I lost 25 dollars.
