Sent my camera for repair and it came back still broken

I sent my camera to these people to get fixed and paid with my credit card. It was $250. After they got it I never heard anything about the status. I emailed them multiple times and got nothing back.

Finally I called and they said the part was coming from Japan and gave me some ETA. Then nothing again. Over a month later I kept asking and they sent it back saying it was repaired. But it was still broken. So they said send it back and they will fix their mistake.

That was months ago. I have called and emailed so many times. They keep telling me I will get a tracking number the next day. I never get anything. No camera, no tracking, nothing.
