Ordered a coral dress, got a yellow medium instead

I ordered a coral colored size zero dress from their website camille-lady.com. A package arrived on time but it was a yellow size medium dress. Nothing like what I ordered.

When I contacted them for a full refund they said I had to send the dress back first. I told them they would have to pay the shipping because it was their mistake and they said okay. The address they gave me to send the dress to didn't work. Then they said in email my refund was in process but I never got it.

Finally I got my credit card to cancel the original dress cost but now I'm out the shipping cost to send a package to Hong Kong which was not cheap. I should have had them send me a shipping label instead. Not sure why I trusted they would comply.
