Ordered something in May and tracking number was fake

I bought something on May 6th. It took over a month just to get tracking info. I kept emailing them asking where my stuff was. Finally they gave me a tracking number and when I looked it up it said delivered June 6th at 4:30 in my mailbox.

So I went to my local post office and showed them the tracking number. They told me it wasn't even linked to me or my address. They even wrote me a letter saying that. I emailed the company back asking for a refund and they said since it says delivered they wont give me my money back. I am out $42.98 and looking into legal stuff now.
