Job offer on Indeed for data entry that just stopped replying

I saw a job listing on Indeed for a remote data entry clerk position. I submitted my resume and got a job offer within a day or two. The offer included a username and password to set up an employee account. So I signed the contract and sent it back to them, and they sent me a confirmation saying they got it.

After that, nothing. I tried contacting them multiple times but never heard back. The company’s address is 1513 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90015 and their email is [email protected]. I haven’t lost any money but it just feels strange to get a job offer like that and then have them go silent.
