Offer letter signed but no response after registering on their portal

I got an offer letter from them, I signed it and registered on their portal. That was it. No response after that. Nothing. I just felt like I wasted my time. They have an email [email protected] and the address says CA, USA but I dont even know if its real. I didnt lose any money but it still feels weird.
