Job offer for remote data entry with no real interview

I got a job offer for a remote data entry clerk position. They said the company would provide a laptop for me to work from home. It sounded okay at first.

But when I asked about the interview process they just sent me a form with interview questions. No one ever mentioned a face-to-face interview or even a video call. That felt off. The website is cancercare-associates.com/careers and the email was [email protected]. I didn't lose any money but it seemed strange.
