Printer scanner wouldn’t work and the people I was sent to took my money

I needed help with my Cannon printer because the scanner wouldn’t work. So I went to the Cannon website and got in touch with someone through there. They connected me to these people who I guess were supposed to help.

Long story short they took $790 from me. I never got any help and the scanner still doesn’t work. I don’t even know their real name or anything. They are based out of GA, USA. I feel stupid for trusting it.
