Paid $38,700 for an excavator and now website is gone
We agreed on $37,100 for a used 2023 Bobcat E50 R2 mini excavator plus a $1,600 delivery fee. They sent me an invoice with number 0075621. I sent a wire transfer for the full $38,700 to the account they gave me. He told me the machine would be delivered the following Wednesday. He gave me his "direct number" but it's just a Google phone number that doesn't answer anymore.
Then I got a call from my bank saying they suspected fraud. I filed a claim and tried calling Dave but he ghosted me. Now their website is down and nobody picks up the phone.
