Loan company deposited fake check and took my money

I got scammed by these people from cap1finance.com. They act like they're legit and say they specialize in day loans and personal loans. The guys I dealt with are all Indian descent tech guys, they have computer codes and different internet domains, they can make different phone numbers come up. They have a whole pyramid of schemes going on and it's very concerning.

They target people that struggle with finances. They go inside your bank account and deposit fake checks and then ask you to return the money via Cash App or Walmart or CVS or any cash transfer company but never use their own. They think they're slick saying that is their vendors. I lost $2000 to them. They used the phone number (813) 602-1675 and email [email protected]. I also have emails and codes from them. I don't know how many innocent American citizens they be scamming.

Phone call asking for my full bank account and routing numbers

I got a call from 1(909) 294-7233 and they wanted my full account and routing numbers from my bank. I told them I don’t give that kind of info over the phone, only through a real loan contract. They kept pushing though.

Then they started calling me from different numbers. Different people each time. All of them asking me to send my bank details to some private email address at [email protected]. I said no again.

They have a website at https://cap1finance.com and an address in New York but it felt off. I never gave them anything.
