Called by a loan service that wasted my time and got rude

I was called by a lending service after I made a personal inquiry about a debt consolidation loan. I’ve had a few similar talks with different places lately and been told I can’t get a loan because of stuff beyond my control.

This company Cap1Finsnce kept pushing forward and said they could guarantee a loan. I told them I’m a licensed mental health clinician on medical leave and my time has value, so they’d get an invoice for the time spent at a uniform rate. The whole process took 27 minutes. They couldn’t help me in the end and when I brought up the price for wasting my time they hung up.

I called back and the person got extremely rude, vulgar and unprofessional. I also think this might be a scam because they offered to put $400 to $900 into my account just for me to send it back to them.
