Paid for a dishwasher repair part that was never ordered or delivered

A technician from Capital Appliance Repair came to fix my dishwasher. He fixed one part but said we needed another one. They were supposed to order it and said it would take about 30 days.

Six weeks went by and we heard nothing. When we called, they just said they'd get back to us. They never did. We ended up calling a different repair person who fixed the machine completely.

I had already sent Capital Appliance Repair an e-transfer for $120.00 for that part they were going to order. It's been two months now. They haven't sent the part and they haven't sent our money back, even though we've asked. They just don't respond.
