Got a weird letter about my home warranty from CAPITAL BK

I got this letter in the mail saying I needed to contact them about my property's home warranty, which was supposedly secured by CAPITAL BK. They wanted me to verify the warranty was in place and said they "reserve the right to revoke" my coverage. The whole thing felt off.

The letter had my name and home address on it, plus some property code I've never seen before. When I called, the person even knew what year I bought my house. That really didn't make sense to me. I just ended the call right there without giving them any more information.
