Company called saying they would pay my bills for 50%

They called me up and said they would pay my bills and all I had to do was pay them 50%. That was it. So I gave them a bill and they made a payment and it went through, so I thought okay this is legit.

Then I gave them some other bills to pay and that is when things started going wrong. Every single one of those payments got returned. I lost $13,000 total. Their phone number is (253) 235-9255 and their website is capitalfinancialsolution.com. They are based out of Redmond, WA. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply.
