Phone call saying I owe Capital Two thousand or they will take me to court

Got a call from this number (475) 675-8236. The guy said I owe $2,000 to Capital One and if I don't pay they will take me to court and freeze my assets. Also said they would suspend my license. I don't even have a Capital One card.

He was real pushy on the phone. Said it was from CT but I didn't get a company name from him just the Capital One thing. I never got any paper about this either. No proof nothing. Just a phone call saying pay up or else.
