Emails saying my phone number changed at Capital One

I got two emails that looked like they were from Capital One. One said my phone number on my account had been changed. The other one was asking me to join or download something called Credit Wise by Capital One.

I don’t know if these are real or not but they feel off. I’m attaching a copy of one of the emails. I didn’t lose any money but it’s still worrying.
