Three calls from Shirley Walker saying my identity was stolen

I got 3 calls yesterday from someone named Shirley Walker, said she was from Capital 1. She told me my identity was compromised and that 3 different people applied for a Cap1 card using my info. One from Texas, one from Ohio, one from California. Said one of them tried to buy a $1500 Play Station.

She wanted to transfer me to some OIG office and gave me a reference number 116392585084 to use when I talk to them. But Shirley sounded like she was from India so I hung up. Her phone number was 856-367-1098.
