Caller pretending to be from my bank had my personal information

Yesterday I got a call from someone saying they were from Citibank. They had my name, my address, and the last four digits of my Social Security number. We just blocked that number, which was 325-238-5874.

Then today, I got another call. This person had a foreign accent, maybe from India or the Middle East. They claimed to be from Capitol One this time. And they also had my name, address, and the last four of my SSN.

It's really unsettling that they have this information. I didn't give out any money, but it feels like my details are out there. I just blocked this number too.
