Ordered a motorcycle trailer and never got it

I ordered a Discovery Motorcycle Cargo Trailer from Capnity Store on April 29, 2026. My order number was #84970. They said shipping was free and it would take 5 to 8 working days. I paid $764.40.

That was months ago. I never got the trailer. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The address they had was 3541 Fair Winds Ln SE in Port Orchard, WA but I don't even know if that's real.

I just want my money back or the trailer. This whole thing felt off from the start but I went ahead anyway. Big mistake.

Ordered a golf cart online and never got it

I saw a golf cart on their website capnity store and decided to buy it. The price seemed fair and they had an address in Philadelphia, PA. I paid $600 and thought everything was fine.

After I sent the money I never heard anything. No tracking number, no update, nothing. I tried emailing [email protected] and no reply. I called the number 1(864) 572-1914 and nobody picked up. The website is still up though.

I still don't have the golf cart and I'm out the money. Just got nothing for it.
