Fishing charter canceled with no refund after paying $700
The morning of the charter he texted me saying his boat battery was dead and he had to cancel. I thought it was really unprofessional he texted instead of calling. That’s when I first started feeling suspicious. He said he asked booking to start a refund. Weeks and months went by and I kept following up with him but barely heard back. When I did he always had some excuse.
Today is June 30th and I still haven’t gotten my refund. This week he told me all sales are final and I wouldn’t be getting anything back. But sales are only final when you actually get the service.
