Got a letter saying my car warranty was about to be canceled

I got this letter in the mail saying I hadn't kept up my liabilities for my car's warranty and they were going to cancel the coverage. So I called the number on it, which was (888) 399-8934.

The person on the phone tried to get me to pay $200 a month for some extended warranty. They said I only had a drivetrain warranty and not a bumper to bumper one. But they refused to give me any details about what that even meant or who they were with. They just kept asking over and over how I wanted to pay for the monthly subscription. It felt really off, like they just wanted my payment info and nothing else. I didn't give them anything.
