Ordered earrings months ago, never got them or any real update

I ordered some earrings from carajol.com back in December. I got a couple of email responses from them at first, but they never actually followed through on anything they said. It's now the end of February and I haven't heard anything else. I never got the earrings either. The whole thing just stopped. Their email is [email protected] and the address they list is in Boulder, Colorado, but none of it seems legit.
