Ordered an air purifier from their Facebook ad and never got it.

I saw an ad for Carbon Creek on Facebook and clicked it. I figured since it was on there, it was probably a real business. I placed an order for a purifier and gave them my name, address, and credit card info. The charge for $80 went through.

The product never showed up. I checked the tracking and it just said a shipping label was created, that's it. Nothing after that. I tried using the contact form on their website, carboncreek.ca, and got no reply. I called the phone number listed, (647) 560-6822, and it's not even a working number.

When I was ordering, I noticed the website didn't even show a postal code in the address. I had to look it up myself to finish the form. Now I know it was a scam. I just want to put this out there so maybe someone else doesn't lose their money.
