Ordered oxygen cannulas from a cheap website and never got them

I ordered oxygen cannulas from carekits.com because the price was cheap. They sent me an email saying my order was received and processing, and it would take 1-3 days. The site said 5-7 day delivery.

I used my card and it went through PayPal, which should have been the first red flag. After 10 days I tried to contact them. Now it's been 14 days and I have nothing but that original email. None of the emails they gave seem to work or they just ignore me. I tried several times and no response at all. So buyer beware.
