Text about a wellness visit I already had

I got a text saying I was due for a wellness visit. But I already had my wellness visit. It said it was from "me" at CareSource. The text had a number and told me to click on it. The number was 14699825007.

I didn't click on anything. I called CareSource and they told me I was smart not to click on it. They said to call the BBB. So that's what I'm doing now.

The text came from (800) 967-6905. I don't know who that is.
