Job listing on Indeed turned into weird email chain
The email was from [email protected] and they had a website too, cargobird.net. Their address is 1365 Nw 98th Court Miami FL 33172. The phone number they gave was 1(754) 777-8188.
I didn’t lose any money but something about it didn’t make sense. The way they responded was strange and I never got a straight answer about the job. No company name on the email header either, just that website. I’m not sure what they were trying to do but it didn’t feel like a real job offer.
Job offer turned out to be shipping stolen stuff
They asked for my name, address, phone number and email so I gave it to them. Then I started thinking it didnt feel right. Looked into it more and realized it was a fake job. They are just using people to ship stolen items.
Their phone number is 1(754) 777-8188 and they have an address at 1365 NW 98th Court in Miami FL. Email is [email protected]. I didnt lose any money but now they have all my info. Just wanted to report it.
Job offer from Cargobird felt fake after interview
They didn’t ask for any personal info, just had me take a test. Then they called me for an interview within a few seconds which I thought was off. When I talked to the HR person I said something and she just went quiet and never said anything back over the phone. Their website is a scam and the whole job application is too. Phone number is 1(754) 777-8188 and their address is 1365 NW 98TH COURT UNIT 3 MIAMI FL 33172.
Job offer from cargo bird with no interview felt off
I was told I would get packages to relabel and ship out. No interview was done at all. I was supposed to go take some test but I didn't do it.
Something just didn't feel right about the whole thing. Their website is cargobird.net and they have an address in Miami.
Job offer for logistics turned out to be package mule scam
Then they sent me an offer letter. They said I would get packages at my house, check them for damage, and re-ship them. I looked into it and it seems like a package mule scam. I didn't give them anything else. Sent an email telling them to stop contacting me. They really wanted a handwritten signature on the offer letter, which felt weird. Probably for fraud.
